  • →When he’s not busy pulling together his next transaction, David can usually be found at a concert, whether it’s a performance by the Philadelphia Orchestra, a late night jam session by a jazz quartet or an up-and-coming indie band performing their first show in somebody’s basement.

Bio

After several years on the firm’s Life Science Advisory Board, David became an investment partner with Longview in July 2022. In addition to his role with Longview, David is a founder of Evolution Life Sciences Partners an investment banking & advisory firm focused on the need of biotechnology companies worldwide for creative and honest advice. David has particular expertise in building companies through mergers and acquisitions and cross border transactions. After completing the company’s first ever public offering, David was on the board of directors for PDC Energy for 19 years through May 2022, during which the company’s market value increased from less than $100 million to over $8 billion. David is also Accounting Warden of Christ Church in Philadelphia.
